How to File A Claim
If you are unhappy with your Smart Squares carpet and believe you have a warranty claim, you must first contact your Smart Squares retailer to file a claim. If, after working with your retailer you are still not satisfied, you may contact us directly. You will need to provide a proof of purchase, a full description of your claim and receipt(s) for recommended professional cleaning by hot water firstname.lastname@example.org
